I had fantastic care. On admission, although staff were very busy I was made to feel welcome which in turn relaxed me.
Following surgery on my return to Ward 104 my care could not have been better. Again the staff were busy but each patient on the ward was very well looked after. I was encouraged to eat and drink (as I could not have anything hot tea etc was made to the right temperature) and although I did not feel like food I was encouraged to have soup - which again the nurses made sure was at the right temperature. Everyone coming back to the ward was given the same standard of care and kindness. I could not have had a better experience.
