I went to see receptionist who had replaced the one I saw on arrival at 4 45 today Dec 9th. They informed me my grandson was not on computer and neither did they have the form which I had filled in!! They arranged for us to see practitioner nurse next, who was very kind and said our experience was totally unacceptable. My grandson had a temperature of 39.5 degrees and had a chest infection, so it was necessary for him to be seen.
