I am a visitor to Deal Ward at Margate Hospital and have spent mornings with a friend just to be by her side. I have watched staff and listened to the public conversations around me.

I have been really touched by the care, concern, extremely busy hardworking staff have shown to those in their care. People approached with care, gentle words, respectful responses.  

There is a true feeling of peace in the midst of hard work. A real gift to see.
