"good!"

About: Atherley House Surgery

I only needed to go very few times and I was treated with respect. I had nothing serious but as a pregnant woman I was worried when I fell sick. The doctor reassured me and I felt relieved. However, even though I was pregnant, in pain and distress, I had to wait for an appointment instead of being seen immediately. This was the only negative experience I had.

Overall, very good!

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback for us.

I am sorry to hear of your negative experience when wishing to be seen immediately.

The reception team are very good at fitting patients in who need to be seen urgently but there are times unfortunately when seeing a GP immediately is not always possible; for instance we may not have had a doctor in the building at that time due to home visits.

If a patient explains their problem cannot wait we make every attempt to ensure patients are seen as soon as possible.

I am glad you felt reassured once you were seen.
