"First time for treatment"

Arrived early and was taken in early. I was awaiting tram to return home by appointment time. Very efficient. Reviewed problem on scalp. Decide on minor op. Appointment made very quickly. Referred to surgery clinic. Decided at that point that a skin graft would be necessary. Whole experience has been brilliant so far. Minimal fuss. Maximum efficiency. Perhaps whole NHS system should take note!?.
