(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Only observation I have to give is the amount of time it takes to get the ball rolling on treatment, this being said I know the service is stretched but some clients must be more priority than others? Even when told that they are committing crime to cover costs and are begging for help so they don’t end up in jail! When treatment is rolling no real complaints at all.  All round good service and very helpful

Thanks for these points you raise and they are really important. we try to respond as quickly as possible. We have slightly different processes if people need prescribing and we work within clinical guidelines. Sorry you had to wait a little bit (but I'm not sure how long) and if you wanted to discuss this then I'm happy to do so.

We have a walk in at all of our sites enabling people to get assessed as quickly as possible. Its great to hear you have no issues once you got in treatment.
