Vsited QM today under the gynae team, was a little apprehensive as I don’t know this hospital at all, DVH being my local but would like to say I was very impressed.
The treatment I received today was, in my opinion, first class from admission to discharge and everything in between.
Every member of staff I came across was friendly, smiley and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
The areas I went to were spotlessly clean.
Big thank you to everyone for making me feel at ease includung the lovely nurse who made me two cups of tea which were much appreciated.
I’d be more than happy to return here should the need ever arise.
