"A trip to Accident and Emergency"

I was in your Emergency department, with an elderly lady who was extremely distressed after she had a fall at home. She had to wait 2 hours to be given any form of pain relief, and I struggled having to look after this elderly vulnerable lady, whilst members of staff wouldn't offer any help or support in the waiting room, to an elderly woman in unbearable amounts of pain. 6 hours this woman had to wait and 3 hours into this, a police officer came to the hospital, and guess what a red carpet was rolled out and the reception staff made sure this police officer was seen within 15 minutes. Terrible hospital, who do not work by first come first severed basis, they have made their own rules up and go by however they feel on the night. Shame on you Broomfield hospital for thinking it's okay to put a police officer first before an ill old lady, disgusting hospital and next time I am ILL or a family member is I would rather risk my health and not waste the journey coming to your hospital, rude rude staff!! And a corrupt way in which this hospital is run, I shall be taking this matter to the press.
