"Care of our father"

About: Lister Hospital / Accident and emergency

Our father was in the acute medical emergency (blue) for a period of less than 48 hours before passing away peacefully.

The interaction of the doctors in discussing his care with us and the way it was done was greatly appreciated.

The nursing he received was both efficient and caring.

We would like to thank everyone involved for helping our father to pass in a comfortable and caring manner.

We also appreciated the help ireceived in arranging, at short notice, a viewing the following day.

We were very sorry to hear that your father had passed away, but were pleased to see how highly you rated the care and support that he and your family received duringyour father’s final days.
