"Vida helps us relax"

About: Ashley House / Substance Misuse Service

(as a relative),

My two sons both have histories of substance abuse but we have been behind them the whole time and all through their lives. They are both in their 30's now.

They started going to vida at Ashley house in the late november 2010 and since then, they have been marvelous both physically and financially. We have joined in the workshops aswell. Vida helps us relax and take it easy for a couple of hours a week. big thank you to them all

Ashley House endeavours to offer both our service users and carers a range of interventions to improve their wellbeing including alternative therapies as you have been accessing . I hope you and your sons continue to use the service as part of their recovery.We will also continue to remind all our workers and those who use Ashley House to consider these interventions as part of someones treament journey.
