"A&E first class treatment"

I have just returned home having spent the last few hours in A&E.

I received immediate attention, all staff were extremely pleasant and helpful and the doctor was so reassuring, extremely polite, took time to explain clearly every test they were requesting and the reasons why.

I was particularly amazed at how quickly tests were done and results were back so fast.

It was evident that there was excellent teamwork.

I truly had the best patient experience and I just wish more patients and their families would give these great professionals the thanks and praise they so deserve.
