Dear julyjt85. Thank you very much for providing us with feedback. It looks as though you found your counselling helpful. However, it seems that there was an error in communication with regards to an appointment cancellation. I apologise about this, and will look into this for you to try and ensure that this doesn't happen for anyone else.
