I was suffering from dizzy spells, not serious but enough to cause concern, Once all medical factors had been eliminated, I was referred to physio.
My physio was so successful that I am now able to cope with my dizzy spell,s which have decreased significantly, and I have learned exercises to keep them at bay. A very valuable service. Thank you
