"Bullying and poor communication"

In regards to the home treatment team their are some nice caring people their.

However I have been let down dozens of times by crisis team just not showing up when they are ment to and recieved no communication to state why. I also have been the subject of bullying by certain members of staff which have impacted on my mental state and we'll being greatly. I have tried to raise the issue with people higher up but they have totally dismissed what I'm saying and twisted the blame onto me even tho I have proof. The phone gets put down on you purposely many many times then you are blacklisted for trying to call back because you are in a crisis. Staff are rude to you and whisper to each other while you are trying to talk.

Service is not fit for purpose

We were very sorry to note that your experience of our CRHT was not as positive as we would hope.

It would be helpful to look into your case and see what went wrong and what we can learn to improve our service going forward.

If you are able it would be great if you could contact Lorna Gisby, CRHT operational manager, who would be pleased to discuss your experience of accessing crisis support.

Lorna can be contacted on 01622 725000.

Thank you for taking the time to raise this matter.
