"Absolutely outstanding service"

Well I came here on the 5th for an ENT appointment and waited literally 5 minutes to be seen.

The doctor called me through and said I’m sorry but you are in the wrong clinic, they then asked me what the problem was and said although it’s a throat clinic they are also trained in nose.

They saw me, completed a nasal scope, diagnosed the problem in seconds, confirmed the problem and their knowledge by telling me to pull my face in a certain direction and voila I knew what was wrong.

They then offered the operation, explained the risks, explained the wait time, explained the recovery and managed my expectations.

I could not be any more impressed with this consultant, they were truly very very good!

The hospital was immaculately clean which I’m not used to living in Brighton with our developing hospital and the signage made moving around the hospital easy.

Reception were friendly and the appointment reminder system was magnificent, I had 2 phone calls, 2 texts and two letters which sounds excessive but it was very very helpful when your very busy!
