Hospital phoned me, as waiting for urgent MRI. I picked up call, they rang off. Called them straight back. Held waiting for over 20 minutes. The dept first denied calling me then admitted they did but they have given my appt to someone else as i didnt answer my phone immediately! Excuse me for not taking my phone into toilet! Stroppy staff member on the phone!
