About: Princess Alexandra Hospital / Clinical haematology

This morning I attended PATH for a blood test and found the service excellent!

However it cost me £2-50 to park for 10minutes having waited over 10 minutes for the 4 people in front of me to understand an work the machine.

When was the last time that management stood in the pouring rain to use the payment machines?

Why have you not installed a tap in tap out system as used by systems such as East Herts where you pay for the time used.

I am happy to give to charity S I can afford it but this present system is just a rip off

Thank you so much for the time you've taken to leave a comment. I regularly park in the car park and see the challenge you are describing and so I am really sorry you had such difficulty getting parked.

It is something we know we need to improve and are looking at how we change in future. We have recently introduced wave-pay on all of the car parking payment machines which we hope makes it a little easier and we are looking closely at payment on exit too which you mention.
