"Complete lack of customer service or bedside..."

I have been a patient here for several years. The nurses have always been very pleasant and efficient and receptionists used to be lovely. However, there is a constant turnover of staff, probably because one of the doctors is frankly unpleasant. I have heard many complaints about the lack of organisation, particularly around prescriptions, and I have been prescribed something I am allergic to several times despite it being in my notes and then had to wait a further week to get a replacement. I have been referred to a physio only to find I’d been sent for the wrong complaint. I’ve had consultant letters not get put into the system and receptionists say ‘it’s not my problem’.

But the worst by far is the complete lack of caring nature of one doctor. They have a very superior manner, is very dismissive and I always leave feeling like I’ve been on a conveyor belt and dealt with as quickly as possible. Very very poor.
