Ive rarely used the GP service but when I needed the doctors and staff, they pulled out all the stops.
Ive been with this GP service since I was born many years ago and this is a testament to the team.
The reception staff are supportive and always willing to help me and my family. I have witnessed patients shout at the poor receptionists but they never rise to the abuse and maintain professionalism at all times.
I would like to thank the doctors and the practice manager who supported me to look after my late father (he was a patient here too). The NHS is under significant strain but the staff continue to deliver high quality care.
