What I liked
Nothing
What could be improved
The staff could have followed their own procedures
Anything else?
Following my visit to Cherrywood Clinic on July 13 2010, I requested my medical records, because the treatment I received was lacking in efficiency. After contacting the relevant department (Medico Legal Services) for a copy of my medical records, they failed to respond. I enclosed proof of my identity and a cheque payment for copies of my medical records and they still failed to respond. I wrote to them two further times and they still failed to respond. These people are the legal team, working with the health records department - and they did not respond to my formal request, or even have the common decency to reply to my three written communications, which included proof of identity and payment. If the legal team can not do their job, then you can not trust the Royal Oldham Hospital at all!
