This has to be the worst place I've ever been.

I have been here several times with a family member and its horrendous!

Staff are uncaring, appointments are too far apart, you never get to see the same person. We've turned up for appointments and sat there for over an hour to be told the appointment was cancelled ages ago and sorry not to have told us. Medication was documented wrong the list is endless if you can go somewhere else I would strongly advise you. I have experience of other mental health services and you can't compare them!

We are very sorry to note that you did not feel your family member received appropriate support.

We are pleased that you raised a complaint about your experience and,

whilst we would not wish to comment on individual cases on a website, as a trust we work hard to ensure we learn from complaints and other patient feedback.
