I had some pretty invasive surgery in August 2016. I was very nervous about going in for this but the staff were second to none. The professionalism and friendliness really put me at ease.

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments regarding the care and treatment you received by the colorectal team in August 2106, at Solihull Hospital.

I appreciate that you were nervous and that it would have been a very worrying time for you; however I am pleased that the staff were able to put you at ease and that they were professional and friendly.

I will forward your posting to the senior management team for General Surgery and ask that it is shared with the staff.
