"Life saving services"

I have been using these services for many years and have no complaints, in fact there were times when I don’t know what  I’d have done without you guys, literally ‘life saving’.

Anyway I’ve just been trying to think of what areas of your service could do with improving. 1) possibly more focus on people who have completed a detox program and are now facing the prospect of living in the ‘real world’ for the first time in years. In other words ‘aftercare’ I felt isolated and even a little scared when told “you’re off our books now, but you’re welcome to drop in for a cuppa tea” Bless him, he meant well but was unaware of the impact this had on me.
