"extremely pleasant and reassuring"

About: Queen Elizabeth I I Hospital / General medicine

(as a parent/guardian),

I would like to commend the staff of radiology and phlebotomy at QEII. We arrived at QEII (my daughter who is 9 was having a scan) we’re greeted in a very friendly manner. We were seen on time and the radiologist was extremely pleasant and reassuring. We then went to have her blood taken. Tracey was very reassuring and my daughter didn’t feel a thing. I am a member of staff but no one there knew that and I didn’t volunteer the fact. They are obviously fantastic to everyone which made me feel very proud to be part of this hospital.
