"Honestly the most horrible hospital ever."

My mum has been in and out of this hospital via A&E for the past six months and has had no diagnosis for the pain that she’s still in today. Doctors literally forget she ever came and didn’t even give her a promised follow up appointment

I’ve never seen such unorganised and rude staff. It was 4:30-5:00 AM and staff are talking very loudly to each other when people wait for hours in a&e and when they finally get a bed the patient understandably wants to rest!! One of them even performed a cartwheel!! There is no respect for patients whatsoever I will definitely be taking this further.
