I was referred to the ENT team

Medway today from My GP,

I was seen within minutes and the consultant helped me make the right decision for me, with acute tonsillitis unable to eat or swallow, we decided for me to stay in with a steroid injection and some IV antibiotics before being sent home for a good nights rest. I wish I had wrote down the names of all the staff that I met they were all friendly, good fun, and most of all made me feel safe and in good hands.

I think we are blessed to have super stars, real hero’s working to help us get better... The NHS May have many problems but staff like this need to be celebrated. Thank you. My room was spotless, and the Jelly on this ward is well worth the visit!
