I phoned my GP Practice 2.12pm this afternoon to see if there was any chance of an appointment/cancellation as my ongoing skin condition had become really aggitated. There were no appointments, however the Receptionist was extremely thoughtful and went out of their way to find a solution. The receptionist offered to add me to the emergency list, but I didnt feel it was needed as I didn't want to be a bother. The receptionist then put me on hold, went to speak to a GP and returned with a prescription for some treatment. My wife is a Medical Receptionist so I'm fully aware of the daily abuse and bad reputation that Receptionists get, however I have not experienced that and am truly grateful. Thank you.
