"Fabulous care at Hull a and e"

I brought my mum into Hull a and e with a dislocated shoulder on two occasions this week - firstly Tuesday 28/11/17 by ambulance and today 1/12/17 by car

On both occasions the care and respect given by ambulance staff, nurses,porters ,reception staff, doctors consultants , X-ray staff alike was excellent - everyone treated her with the utmost respect and genuine care - she was made aware of what was happening throughout every procedure and care was taken to respect her modesty which for someone brought up within a strict catholic faith was very important to her - even staff who were not on duty or just arriving/leaving work were on hand to help - I couldn’t have asked for better treatment for her - Thank you
