"Heart Failure Clinic - Wythenshaw"

About: Wythenshawe Hospital / Cardiology

Having visited today, having been seen four times per annum, words are inadequate to say how grateful I am at the treatment, care, kindness, thoroughness and constant review of my tests, medications and concerns is firstclass.

We are so fortunate to have such first class service, expertise and genuinely interested and caring Drs, Sisters and nurses, ECG staff and Admin staff in this particular Clinic.

One could not receive better treatment if one was Royalty? Sincere Thanks.

Appointments are always punctual, follow up letters to GP are followed through and the Premises and Reception area are spotless, Receptionist are always polite and friendly despite often being very busy? Thank you to ALL.

It was good to read that you have received your appointments in a timely and punctual manner and that all of our staff have been able to contribute to your positive experience of care at our Trust. It is always good to receive feedback which highlights the hard work and dedication of our staff. We were especially pleased that you found our facilities to be clean and a polite and friendly welcome is your experience when using our services. We will ensure that your kind feedback is passed on to the Deputy Head of Nursing so that it can be shared with the wider team in the Cardiology Department.
