In the past three weeks I have attended Kidderminster Hospital for two sets of blood tests and two sets of x-rays.  Everybody involved was not just efficient and professional, but friendly and caring.  I even got pleasant greetings from early morning cleaning and catering staff.  I noticed other patients were treated the same way.  They deserve to be complimented.
