the surgery is very clean tidy although looking a little dated (very 90's) however this does not take away from the level of care that you get there.

its very easy now they have added online access to re-order your repeat prescriptions and you are also able to order an appointment through the internet, automated telephone or via a real person if you wish.

my only problems with the surgery is that is is extremely hard to get hold of certain doctors if they are your regular G.P'S sometimes a normal appointments can be up to 2 weeks to get to see a doctor that you want which can be a little unacceptable.

also the receptionists (and i know most surgery's now do this) ask what your problem is before they categorise your appointment, this can be embarrassing as i don't think there is such a code as receptionist patient confidentiality.

on the whole though the doctors are very competent as are the nurses and the receptionist are very helpful.

also they brought in telephone consultations which is extreamly handy especially if it is not urgent and you cannot get out of work to go and see them.

i would recommend this practice to most people.
