"Sloppy & lackadaisical - context of carer, not..."

About: Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust

I am more-than-aware that outside the inner cities, the health service is appalling, having seen Kent & Medway Partnership Trust and Sussex Partnership Trust myself, in periods where I have not been under the Oxleas Trust or the South London & Maudsley Trust, so I have factored in a bit of leeway for Norfolk & Suffolk.

But you are leaving an incredibly-isolated lady to her own devices who needs an intensive regime for disassociation, which NICE Guidelines state you need to pursue; this has been going on for ten years.

Whilst the psych for Ipswich is a pleasant lad, 80% of what they say cannot be understood, and a script written-up and sent out.

It sound as if what you report may result from different views about your treatment needs. If you have an open referral to the Integrated Delivery Community Team based in Ipswich, or need information about what services may be available you can contact our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) who can provide advice and make enquires with the care team on your behalf.

PALS can be contacted via pals@nsft.nhs.uk; phone: 01603 421191 or BT Freephone: 0800 279 7257. The PALS office is open 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Outside these hours you can leave a message on our PALS voicemail which we aim to respond to the next working day.
