It is some time ago when I went to LGI for a back operation and can say that the nurses there were caring and good natured .Because I am diabetic I had to have my blood sugar tested every hour even during the night and at 4 am one morning a nice nurse came and took the reading and it was 2.8 very low the nurse shot off and came back a few minutes later with a cup of tea with 2 sugars and 4 hobnob biscuits ..I will never forget sitting up with my little light on with my biscuits while the others were asleep.
The after care was excellent and they got me walking and i eventually was allowed home.
I would recommend an operation here to anyone
