(as the patient),

I have just returned from my first appointment with the Orthopaedic Dept. at Mount Gould Local Care Centre re an ankle injury. I have to say that not only were the facilities impressive but all the staff I encountered were very efficient, helpful and professional. I was called for my appointment just about on time and the doctor not only made time to establish the cause of my problem but also explain it to me in terms that I could understand.

From my position as a patient, it has been an experience that other areas of the NHS should aspire to.
