"They should be recruiting male nurses"

I feel that there total lack of male nurses in a discipline which has predominantly male patients and this is a sign of inequality of choice. I feel the female nurse specialists in particular have a vested interest in avoiding offering men the same choices as women when it comes to embarrassing procedures and tests.

In my opinion the Hospital should be actively trying to recruit male nurses to this area in the same way that females were recruited into the police, teaching, medicine, fire service etc etc.
