"Rude and no empathy or compassion"

I rang the surgery this week requesting a call back when this specific doctor called me back, they was extremely rude, talking over me, not listening to what i was saying or understanding how i was feeling and i felt like the doctor seemed frustrated with me and then they more or less hung the phone up on me, it was very unproffesional and they seemed to not care or to show any compassion or empathy. I came off the phone feeling very upset aswell as angry, i have felt this way a few times after seeing this doctor, especially in the past when its been regarding depression and ive left feeling worse, i thought doctors were meant to care, support and be understanding but feel a certain doctor in this area is very un-sympathetic and is in the wrong proffesion, totally disgusted.
