"Ward 16 ENT"

I was transferred from HRI (A/E) to Ward 16 CHH the care, dignity and professional treatment I received was 1st class . I was kept informed of what was happening to me and all the staff we’re superb. The only suggestion I could make is that remotes should be re introduced for TV sets in rooms on a refundable deposit basis. Please value your staff they are world class, we’re woukd we be without them
