My daughter aged 3 was transfered to LRI over the Christmas period - we experienced wards 8, 12 and CICU and all were fantastic.

We were transfered from a different hospital and all elements of care and well being were much better that the initial hospital. They certainly have the basics right - cleaners do a cracking job, staff introduce themselves and tell you what they are doing. You can tell that there is a good spirit in the hospital and this provides a huge amount of comfort when your child is poorly.
