"Amazing treatment"

I visited A& E on Wednesday 22/11/2017 expecting to be given antibiotics and told to visit doctor. However I was instead taken to emergency care and advised to come in the next day for incision and drainage of abscess.

On the admission ward staff were expecting me and advised as an additional case my operation would be between 9am and 7pm.

I was kept informed all the way through, staff checking on me and talking wit me putting me at ease.

At 1pm saw the anaesthtist and was shortly after taken for my op.

By 6pm I had eaten and was sent away with full instructions of how to ensure my post operative care would proceed.

I have to say that everyone involved in my treatment from the ground up to the consultants were wonderful.

I cannot thank you all enough.

Well done NHS it's not all doom and gloom.

I admit I'm having to travel around to get my wound packed in different clinic but that's a small bit of inconvienience to pay for such good service.
