"Visit to Out patient Orthopaedics"

About: Derriford Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

I had an appointment at the clinic for a knee injury and was seen within 5 minutes. The doctor explained everything in great detail and answered my questions. I was sent for an X-ray and was then seen by the doctor again within 20 minutes.

The level of professionalism and care was excellent and I was treated courteously and kindly by all staff. It was a very busy clinic and staff were working under pressure but gave of their very best.

I was impressed.
