"Parking is an issue because of parking eye"

Visited physiotherapy only one parking machine working however paid my £2.00 made me late for appt staff were brilliant hospital good but now despite the fact I bought a ticket I have been fined !! How many people keep parking ticket after visiting 2 weeks later really upset paid my parking and still fined if we pay our parking how many other patients will be in this position? Made me frightened to park in your car park now. Very stressed appealed but with mental health issues too extremely anxious. My advice don't use the car park .
