"Great staff individually"

About: The Walton Centre NHS Foundation Trust / Neurosurgery

All staff treated me with respect. I found the patient ambassador went beyond their role and made people feel better by their attitude and friendliness. Also half care assistants on Cairns ward,also happy and smiling. But the communication between staff and patients could be better,staff promising to do something and don't feed back to other staff or patient.

I will admit I was a next of kin to a patient and the above is my observations.
