In my opinion, a single adult inpatient ward and a cut of one third of beds at Great Oaks combined with what I feel is a diagnosis driven community care agenda means only one thing I think - long stay patients moved out of a area and a 'one stop McDonaldisation' of services where those with ongoing and enduring problems might be the new forgotten generation.
This seems like madness!
