"Deteioriation of care"

My daughter has been coming to the clinic since she was 12. She is under her third psychiatrist. The care has always been great, we felt heard and have always been dealt with sensitively, until the last few months under the new psych. Our visits with the psychiatrist are poor in comparison, they talk over my daughter when she’s trying to explain how things are for her. The psychiatrist sent her a letter of diagnosis without any consultation and doesn’t call us back when we ask. The psychiatrist never asks if she has self harming thoughts. Very frustrated Mum.
