"Such reassurance when we were frightened"

My parent has recently spend a week here, with a short transfer to Brixham Community Hospital.

This was my parent's fourth stay in hospital over a six week period. my parent is a quiet, private person who has been knocked sideways by their frightening condition and staff throughout their stay were so reassuring to both of us. It was really comforting to know that my parent was receiving such sincere concern and an incredibly quick response to all of their needs from staff on the wards and this despite such constant and necessary demands on their time.
