"finally feel like I'm getting somewhere"

The process was a lot quicker than I've had with other services.

The gentleman who helped me was incredibly kind and more understanding of what I was saying most of which I considered myself to be illogical none-sense. He helped with techniques to understand and manage the emotions I was feeling, which helped me take back some control of my life.

I was referred to other services that can help me even more, and after 10 years in and out of therapy. I finally feel like I'm getting somewhere to getting real help. Thank you!
