"5* Again..."

About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / Dermatology

Once again my mum had to visit the dermatology department, 24 hours after I had had a procedure in the same department by the same consultant.. The care was second to none as with previous visits.

The Consultant who carried out my little op and my mums larger op was the same person and they were so kind and considerate.

The staff on the unit are so friendly and professional.

Any anxieties are treated with dignity and I can say what could have been an unpleasant procedure became quite a humorous one.

My thanks to nurses, HCA and Consultant.

Thank you so much for posting such a positive review of the Dermatology Unit at Royal Cornwall Hospital NHS Trust; I am delighted to read that you and your Mum experienced such fantastic care and they were able to make an anxious time much more bearable and even humorous. This is certainly a wonderful example of the standard of care that we expect as a trust.

I will ensure that your lovely comments and thanks are passed on to all relevant staff who would have been involved in your and your Mum's care, as I know that they will be equally as thrilled to read it.
