"pharmacy on november 8th"

i was at the hospital pharmacy on the 8th November waited 50 mins for my prescription

only to be told that it was out of stock and that i would be given a call when to collect ,

a few days later got a call apologizing for the delay , and it should be ready in a few days

im still waiting for the call .

i have rang the pharmacy back at least 5 times in this period but no one is picking up the phone it just rings for a minute then goes dead very frustrating and unusual for a hospital pharmacy to be this way .
