"Unprofessional Dr. Jay"

Whenever I go to this practice, I 9 out of 10 times leave filling humiliated, mocked and patronised. Can I just say that whoever goes there is generally seeking help, doesn't have medical knowledge and needs help from doctor/nurse. It seems that whenever i go there they just laugh in my face!!! That i've done this and that wrong, that i should have not done this and that...yes, so can we please come up with the solution - don't wash me with the complains when inam already suffering!! One particular doctor is just unbelievable - so unprofessional, unfriendly and not helpful at all!! Never looks at you, doesn't allow you to explain what happened, what you feel - sends you off with no prescription or if they do tell you to take something is paracetamol! What kind of love for the job you do is that?! They are supposed to help the patients not bring them down!

The receptionists, are super unhelpful and unfriendly- those who laugh at you in your face... Disgusting.
