I went to my GP with pain in my shoulder and down my arm. I was given some relief and referred to the physio which didn't take long for me to get an appointment. I received about 5 or 6 sessions of physio and given exercises to do myself at home. I have just been discharged thanks to my physiotherapist. I feel a whole lot better overall. The time it took and the treatment I received was really good.
